Yes, bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled upon request. Contact us on our phone number or email and we will do our best to reschedule your booking. We recommend doing so at least 4 hours prior to your booking.

Although wearing sports attire is not a necessity, we recommend you to wear comfortable clothing that you can bat in. Comfortable flat sole shoes are compulsory (no high heels, flip-flops or barefoot!).

We do not use hard cricket balls at our venue. These are semi light PUV balls and they can hit with a minor impact but won’t injure you. You can set the difficulty mode as per your convenience if you feel the bowling is too fast to avoid missing the ball!

We use multi-point cameras coupled with our developed computer vision algorithms to predict the speed, trajectory and angle of the ball. Based on this information, we can precisely predict your score as if the ball was hit in a real cricket stadium!

Currently we offer max up to 8 players in a single cage. However, we also have game modes available for corporate booking and birthday parties which allow as many as 30 people to be accommodated in multiple cages for a fierce competition!

Our offerings can be enjoyed by kids 6+. Our kids' difficulty mode offers a very safe environment for them to explore their love for cricket and get better at the game! Kids must be accompanied and supervised by parents or an adult.
